Listening FAQ

We receive questions daily about how to listen to our streaming radio station.  Below is a list of common questions and how to resolve these issues.

How do I listen to your streaming radio station?

It is actually simple.  You will need to install or have installed one of the following programs:  iTunes, RealPlayer, or Winamp.  Our streaming radio station can be played by these programs.  There are other programs out there also that play the radio stream, but these are the ones that we have tested and use.

When you click on the Listen Now link, it will ask you if you want to Open or Save the file .pls according to what internet browser you are using.  It is important that you choose Open.  This will open the file into one of the player programs.

If it asks for a program to associate the .pls file with and open, make sure you have one of the programs listed above installed on your computer.  If you do have one of these programs install, choose this program from the list of programs to open the .pls file.  Make sure to click the box that says, "Always use this program to open this file type".

We can help you if you email us your question.  Please realize that this is a non-profit website and streaming radio station.  This is not our full-time job.  We do our best to answer email questions, it just might not be the same day.

Thank you for your support and for spreading the word about this website and online radio station!
